PRAVY BEREG Residential Complex

LATO, OJSC, supplied painted LATONIT fiber cement boards for Pravy Bereg RC.

LATONIT fiber cement boards were supplied thanks to collaboration with Konstruktsiya Biznesa LLC, its official dealer in Moscow and Moscow region, scope of supply was 45,000 sq.m.

Pravy Bereg, business class residential complex, is being built in Khimki in Yunnatov Street, on the very bank of the Moscow Canal, near the Tolstoy Park of Culture and Rest.

Infrastructure of Pravy Bereg will include residential and commercial facilities located on the first floors of residential buildings. In addition, the private kindergarten, modern and comfortable, will operate for kids residing in the complex. There are children's educational and medical institutions, shopping centers, many sports facilities in the immediate vicinity of the new building. Residents of the new complex may amuse their leisure in the Park of Culture and Rest or on a comfortable beach.

Exterior of each house favorably differs from mass projects dedicated to standard housing and from usual not conceptual monolithic houses.
