Delivery of Latonit fiber cement facade panels for residential complex Akvarel in Almaty

In the city of Almaty of the Republic of Kazakhstan the construction of a new residential complex Akvarel ("water-colour") is conducted. This residential complex is located in Bostandyksky district near the city center, within walking distance of necessary infrastructure facilities, and the cultural centers, waters and embankments.

The new complex consists of twenty five modern twelve-storied buildings. The used monolithic and frame technology allows to withstand an earthquake with a magnitude of up to nine points.

Bright decorative finishing of buildings is made with use of the modern high-quality materials which combine aesthetic and practical qualities. The low cost of utilities is guaranteed by a package of energy- saving measures, which are applied when heat solution is carried out for the hinged facades faced with the bright and durable Latonit fiber cement panels.
