Production

Our production today is a state-of-art German, Swiss and Austrian equipment, a trained personnel and a modern management. The estimated capacity of an automated fibrocement board line is over 6500000 square meters per year.

LATONIT production line	Rough finishing

Squeeze ramming under 650 H/cm² and autoclaving under 10 atmospheres and 175 С^о provides extra material density (for better flexibility and compression). The production variety is maintained by the Italian fibrocement board complex.

We produce boards of custom size and color to satisfy our clients’ needs and wishes. Every board is covered by a UV-varnish layer. We guarantee the LATONIT boards high quality and customer satisfaction and assure that all our products are tested for life duration.
