LATONIT facade panels for residential complex "Alexandrov Park" in the Republic of Belarus

Construction of the new residential complex of comfort-class "Alexandrov park" is well under way in the agro-town of Lesnoy of Minsk district of the Republic of Belarus.

As a part of the complex it is planned to build three houses with 3 storeys. 120 apartments are provided in each house. Design and construction is carried out according to a modern trend - orientation to qualitative, practical and eco-friendly housing.

Houses are under construction in a park area in the thick of the coniferous and deciduous forests, with adoption of all measures for preservation of the environment. New modern materials are used in the project. LATONIT fiber cement boards of the bright shades giving to the residential complex a colourful and harmonious appearance are used for finishing of the facade.

Improvement in modern landscape style with rich planting of the common area and the living shrubby protection will be made in the internal territory of the complex. Safe and modern playgrounds are provided for children, and the covered bike parking will be constructed for fans of active recreation.

Sandwich panels of B2 series are used for walls of houses, facade material is LATONIT colored fiber cement board 8 mm thick. Commissioning of phase one of the construction is planned for December, 2017.
